The company had announced the execution of the definitive agreement for this acquisition on 14 April 2010, while also announcing it had entered into two MoUs to acquire a further 180MW of operating hydroelectric assets, 125MW of projects currently under construction and 341MW of development rights for new projects in Fujian and Yunnan Provinces.
It is now continuing to work towards the completion of these additional project acquisitions.
