The company will undertake the construction of the two 5MW solar parks in the upcoming weeks and consequently own and operate them.

Employing China Sunergy’s polycrystalline modules the two solar parks are expected to be operational by 1 April 2013.

Commenting on the developments China Sunergy CEO Stephen Cai remarked that the investment in the parks he is a continuation of its downstream strategy. solar business, but also shows that the company is committed to bring more clean energy to the world.

"These two solar parks in the UK are just starting points for us and we look to expanding across Europe, including France, Germany, Romania, and Spain, etc., where we can achieve a healthy return rate on our projects.
