Mr Wang has over 15 years of work experience in finance, strategy, accounting and tax planning, administration as well as internal and external compliance.
He currently works as a business advisor and consultant in charge of developing strategic plans for several startup companies involved in the high-tech, bio-tech and manufacturing industries. In addition, Mr Wang serves as the CFO for several clients.
Mr Wang will report directly to Jianhua Wu, CEO of China Wind Systems. Mr Wang’s responsibilities will include overseeing the overall corporate finance and the investor relations functions of the company.
