“This product is to answer the call by our customers to start installing cost effective public charging stations now”, said Dave Packard, president of ClipperCreek. “Our customers are able to serve their customers, complete 90% of the installation work, and be ready for a simple upgrade when the new plug is available early next year.”
Combined with the upgrade package it will provide the only UL listed SAE-J1772 compatible Level 2 charge station. The pedestal provided is to the footprint and can be interchanged with outdated EV infrastructure.
This is the fourth product ClipperCreek has introduced. The company’s other three product include its TS and CS Level 2 EVSEs designed to cover public, fleet, commercial and residential installations, and its PCS, a portable in-cord device.
ClipperCreek is a US-based provider of EVSE chargers.
