The company has sold the Renewagy 1 Solarprojektgesellschaft, with a rooftop installation portfolio in Southern Germany consisting of 55 photovoltaic installations at 29 locations and a nominal output of 4.5MWp, to Belgian-based solar power producer 7C Solarparken.
Colexon also sold a photovoltaic installation in Italy with a nominal output of 1MWp to an Italian energy utility company.
Antitrust approval for the transaction is expected in the coming month.
