Joining the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company’s (BGE) board are Joseph Haskins Jr, chairman, president and CEO of the Harbor Bank of Maryland; Carla Hayden, executive director of the Enoch Pratt Free Library; and Michael Sullivan, chairman and co-founder of LifeSource and member of the board of directors of Constellation Energy.
