Mr Vogel also assumes director positions vacated by Mr Hayslip.
Mr Vogel has over 30 years experience as an entrepreneur, manager and consultant in various financial, operational and chief executive officer capacities in numerous industries.
Mr Vogel presently is a partner in the investigative firm, Forensic Financial Consultants. He also is a consultant to, or a director of, several public companies. Further, he currently serves on the Dallas County Treasurer’s Citizen’s Advisory board.
He served on the City of Dallas Mayor’s Commission on Capital Formation and was appointed by the Dallas City Council to the City’s Human Services Commission.
