Mr Rugh will initially be responsible for the development and execution of programs for wind turbine supply chain, contract manufacturing, turbine erection and commissioning, field operations and special market programs for DeWind.
Mr Rugh brings to DeWind a wealth of wind industry knowledge, including commercial, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and site operations.
