A six-member delegation from Czech led by Noel chairman Vladimir Jaros met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on 10 November to discuss regarding the proposed plant at Badin.

Appreciating and terming the presentation of Noel as "impressive", Shah noted that the company will install the power plant with a generation capacity of 200MW to 400MW.

In addition, Shah assured the delegation that his government will provide all incentives and facilities to intending investors.

Noel holding caters transmission and distribution systems up to 400kV, informed Shah. The Czech delegation is expected to visit coal areas of Badin, Thar and Thatta to assess the scope of investment.
