MHI Vestas will be responsible for O&M at about 20 offshore projects in Northern Europe and the deal covers all sites transferred when the joint venture was formed earlier in 2014.
MHI Vestas Offshore Wind senior director Asger Pedersen said: "As an experienced jack-up vessel provider, DBB Jack-Up has supported our offshore O&M work during the last 7 years and this framework agreement is only a natural step in the further strengthening of our working relationship.
"We are confident that both parties will benefit from this agreement as it will facilitate a more efficient planning and execution of our O&M tasks."
DBB Jack-Up CEO Thorsten Jalk said: "With contractual terms and conditions pre-arranged in the framework agreement, we can now concentrate our efforts on a safe and fast execution of the job."
DBB Jack-Up is backing up its J/U Wind vessel with newbuild Wind Server and converted jack-up Wind Pioneer.
The Wind Server will provide speed and flexibility to the customers in getting wind turbines repaired as early as possible.
The Wind Pioneer is particularly designed for shallow water locations and difficult seabed profiles.
