The ten units of D8.2 wind turbines are being furnished from DeWind assembly contractor TECO-Westinghouse located in Round Rock, Texas.
The company said the grid-friendly design of the DeWind D8.2 wind turbine provides grid-support capability to all grid situations.
Currently, DeWind 2MW turbines are deployed and operating in various locations in Europe, Asia, South America and the US.
DeWind designs, produces and sells DeWind series wind energy turbines, including the 2MW D8.2 and D9.2 models available in 50Hz and 60Hz configuration, and the 2MW D9.1 model available in 50Hz configuration.
