The drilling program will test the best of the priority sites and will focus on zones where strong gold grades have been located.

Drake CEO Jason Stirbinskis said, "Drake’s field programs have revealed the potential for an emerging and significant gold discovery."

"To our knowledge this will be the first drill program ever conducted in this area which is quite amazing given its geological setting and numerous multimillion ounce gold projects in the region."

Grab samples collected earlier produced gold assays, including 70.8g/ton, 42.9g/ton, 29.4g/ton and 26.7g/ton.

Drake’s Seimana licenses are located within the Birimian-age Siguiri basin which is part of gold mineralized West African shield. At Seimana, gold occurs in quartz veins or quartz veined fracture zones with a suite of North West structures.
