Totus Energy was acquired as a part of Dron & Dickson’s strategic plan to grow internationally.
Dron & Dickson’s Dubai office managing director Stuart Bell said, "This is a strong platform for expansion in the region and allows us to offer localised, on-the-ground labour to our clients based in the Middle East."
The company will invest in the newly acquired company to develop personnel, train local workforce and cater to its local clients.
Dron & Dickson Group operations director Colin Maver said, "As we expand our operations internationally, it is inherent that we continue operating to the extremely high standards for which Dron & Dickson has become known for, no matter where in the world the work is being undertaken."
The company has also opened an office in Dubai.
