As per the contract, Dynamis Energy will design, build and operate the waste-to-energy plant, that will be built within the Centennial Energy Park northeast of the City of Dubois, Clark County.
The waste-to-energy facility will be based on the Dynamis 3.0 Advanced Thermal Gasification Technology, according to the company.
The company said that engineering and permitting processes will start immediately and the construction is anticipated to begin this summer.
The actual construction phase of the waste-to-energy plant will take approximately 15 months.
The plant will process over 120,000 tons of waste per year to generate steam and electricity following the completion in 2012.
The company said that based on the Dynamis 3.0 Technology, the waste-to-energy plant is expected to generate 13.5MW of electricity at peak which will be sold to Rocky Mountain Power.
