Eagle Oil plans to work with Petro Lucre to explore mid to long term development strategies as well as potential for joint venture arrangements on East Texas operations.
The company secures existing production fields and use modern techniques to increase the amount of oil and gas flows from the fields.
Eagle Oil president Brian Wilmot said that the company has started working with Petro Lucre over the last couple months to explore opportunities as it prepare 2011 production, merger & acquisition objectives.
"Petro Lucre will provide the company project and finance resources to expedite this plan and they have already introduced working strategies and potential partners," Wilmot said.
US-based Petro Lucre is an oil industry consulting and vertically integrated investor relations firm that works with private and public oil & gas companies.
