The group will discuss issues such as legislative proposals stemming from the European Energy Policy announced in January.
Members include Claude Mandil, of the International Energy Agency, Prof. Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, Sir Nicholas Stern, from the UK’s Treasury, and Peter Sutherland of BP.
