Glen Courtright, EcoSystem’s president and chief executive officer stated, “Trevor brings significant experience in early-stage technology development and commercialization and has a proven track record of success building and managing chemical processing plants. These skills are strategic to our plans to acquire operational renewable energy production assets that complement our technology development efforts. We look forward to working with Trevor as we demonstrate and integrate our technologies into operating production facilities that we hope to acquire.”

Bourne’s appointment is the first step in the company’s plans to expand its management team in the event it acquires one or more of its targeted acquisitions. Recently, the company executed a management services agreement with Global Ethanol to assist in the execution of its strategic plan to acquire operational renewable energy production assets that complement its technology development efforts. The company is presently evaluating many qualified acquisition opportunities that have the infrastructure needed to implement and scale its technologies. Additional information regarding company’s acquisition and technology development plans will be provided in June 2009.
