Under the terms of the agreement, EFS Chisholm will invest about $191m for a 51% stake in the wind power project.
EGP-NA will spend about $184m to hold a 49% stake in the project.
The wind project worth about $375m, will have a total installed capacity of 235.2MW and is supported by a long-term power purchase agreement.
EGP-NA has an option to further increase its stake up to a further 26% of EFS Chisholm equity on specific dates in this year and next year.
EGP-NA is an owner and operator of renewable energy plants in North America.
