The company said Ohio is the third state to benefit from its natural gas service, joining New York and New Jersey.

Energy Plus president Kevin Kleinschmidt said by stepping into the Ohio market, the company is now able to offer even more customers reliable service and valuable rewards – a combination that adds up to a fresh take on standard energy service.

Energy Plus’ natural gas offering is available in three of the four major local utility company service areas including Dominion East Ohio, Duke Energy and Columbia Gas of Ohio, the company said.

Energy Plus offers electricity service in seven states and natural gas service in three states through its affiliate Energy Plus Natural Gas.
