The firm will deploy MeterSense for meter data management (MDM), CustomerConnect for customer engagement solution (CES), and NorthStar for customer information system (CIS).

In addition to integrating the utility’s key applications, the NorthStar solution will provide access to actionable data across the entire CIS of EnWin.

CustomerConnect and MeterSense will help the Windsor local distribution company improve operations and enhance customer service.
