In 2008, E.ON and CPS Energy have signed a 15 year power purchase agreement (PPA) for the output from the Papalote Creek wind farm. As per the PPA, CPS Energy will buy 115.5 MW of power and associated renewable energy certificates.
Construction is anticipated to complete through September 2009, with final completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2009.
