The financing, for an overall amount of Euro 43 million and a maturity of 17 years, has been signed by BNP Paribas and by Crédit Agricole CIB as Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLA) and Carispezia Crédit Agricole as account bank. Crédit Agricole CIB acts also as agent bank.
