Under this project, ESI will perform the retrofit service of energy saving lighting for Artech Aventura at zero upfront costs allowing Starwood Capital to pay only an agreed percentage of the actual savings on its energy bill as part of ESI’s Green Lease Management Program (GLMP).
Ocean Palms and Hollywood Station are some of the other luxury condos for which ESI has installed energy efficient lighting, enabling them to enhance their decor while incurring annual savings of 75% and $33,000 respectively.
ESI CEO David Houri said that the company has always been committed to the cause of energy saving lighting and creating green buildings.
“We offer a 5-year warranty on the LED retrofit providing an eco friendly LED retrofit package that suits all condo associations. We have already performed LED lighting retrofits for leading condos in Florida and the addition of Artech Aventura is another feather in our cap,” Houri said.
