Strata Solar will provide the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for all the projects.
ET Solar president and CEO Dennis She said the projects will contribute towards North Carolina’s efforts to diversify its energy mix.
"We expect these projects to make a significant local impact by providing communities with clean energy and contributing significantly to the states CO2 reduction goals," She added.
Strata has involved in around 40 projects in North Carolina, Tennessee and Missouri, totaling 300MW, which are scheduled to be completed in 2014.
