The new energy monitoring system of Ewe, which is called Ewe Box, is expected to enable costumers to find out all about their electricity and natural gas consumption in real time.

In September 2009, Archos released a large screen (4,8”) Android device, the Archos 5 Internet Tablet. This is available to third party companies who can develop their own user interface and applications. Archos Internet Tablets can be proposed in different configurations and display sizes for specific needs.
Archos claims that its internet tablets offer an easy application development framework, fast internet browsing, enhanced multimedia capabilities, and an elegant design for an affordable price. They can support a range of applications including energy monitoring, home automation, professional applications, education and entertainment.
