Since Crozier started working with Exousia, he has been involved in the development of company’s Asian business: designing the layout and equipping company’s China facility, bringing its production capacity to 120,000 gallons of coatings per month, leading the effort to build company’s overseas quality lab to the support these efforts, and hiring a team of local Chinese employees to carry out the operations.
