Under the deal, which was announced in late 2013, the company had sold six wind farms in the UK that have a combined production capacity of 272.8MW.
The deal also includes a further payment of about £10m based on the performance of the wind farms between 2014 and 2018.
Falck Renewables Piero Manzoni said, "This is the result of a process that we started more than a year ago, and that now allows us to be in a more robust financial position and, at the same time, to look at the future feeling confident that we can benefit from an important partnership with a partner of international standing.
The sale was supported by subsidiaries of Falck Renewables including Ben Aketil Wind Energy, Boyndie Wind Energy, Cambrian Wind Energy, Earlsburn Wind Energy, Kilbraur Wind Energy and Millennium Wind Energy.
