As part of the deal, the company will design and supply three model AG-5325 package steam generating systems for the refinery.
The company intends to start the shipping of new steam generating systems in the first-quarter of 2015.
Foster Wheeler North America CEO Byron Roth said the package steam generator designs employ proven techniques and components for attaining or exceeding performance standards.
"With over 475 installations worldwide, we have earned our reputation as a supplier of high-quality, reliable and cost-effective package steam generating systems," Roth added.
The NWR Partnership is a joint venture of North West Upgrading and Canadian Natural Resources, with each owning 50% interest in the partnership.
