As per the agreed terms with Greenko, the company will supply 50 units of G97-2.0 MW WTGs that will be installed at two 50MW wind farms located in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Meanwhile, Gamesa will supply 65 units of G97-2.0 MW WTGs for the Jath wind farm, being developed by the company in the state of Maharashtra, under the contract with CLP India.

The installation of wind turbines at the Greenko’s wind power sites is expected to be completed at the end of the fourth quarter of 2013, while the installation of first 50 turbines at CLP’s wind power site is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2013 and the installation of the remaining 30MW will take place in the end of the year.

In addition, Gamesa will provide operation and maintenance services at Greenko’s wind power sites and CLP’s wind power site for over five years and 10 years respectively.

The contract with Greenko can be further extended to 200MW.
