The company, in partnership with China Huadian New Energy Development and Guangdong Nuclear Wind Power, will develop the projects in Jilin province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
Gamesa will supply its G9X-2.0MW wind turbines for the new power projects and the turbines will be produced in its factories in Jilin and Inner Mongolia.
Gamesa operates as a wind farm developer in China and the new projects will increase the company’s total capacity in the country to 2,726MW.
