Under the contract, Gamesa will supply, transport, install and commission 35 units of G90-2MW wind turbine for both the power projects.

Both the 36MW Banderelas and 34MW Rodera Alta are placed in the towns of Santiz, Palacios de Arzobispo and Zamayon.

As per the deal, Gamesa will also provide operation and maintenance services at both facilities for five years.

Gamesa intends to deliver the wind turbines during the third quarter of this year and the power projects will be commissioned at the end of the year.

Gamesa will control, supervise and monitor the wind farm’s operation management using its WindNet system.
