The wind farms, located in Lugo and Tarragona, have a combined installed capacity of 42MW.
The 30MW Alto do Seixal wind farm near Lugo includes six units of the Gamesa G80-2.0MW turbine and nine units of the G87-2.0MW turbine.
The second 12MW wind farm, Les Forques II, will be equipped with six units of the G90-2.0MW turbine.
The Alto do Seixal wind farm is currently in operation, while the Les Forques II wind farm outside Tarragona is scheduled to commence commercial operation in the second quarter of 2012.
The sale of the two wind energy projects is subject to approval by regulators.
