Under the agreement, Gamesa will supply and install G90-2MW wind turbines between this year and 2012 in northern Inner Mongolia province.
Gamesa chairman and CEO Jose Antonio Miranda said the agreement enables the company to expand its expertise in technology, manufacturing capacity and operation and maintenance services and wind farm development activities in China.
"Gamesa will continue to address rising electricity demand through the use of clean, competitive and sustainable energy sources," Miranda said.
