Ms Rusakova has been involved in the gas industry since 1978. Since 1995 she was head of the foreign project development service, the prospective development directorate of Gazprom.
From 1997 to 1998, Ms Rusakova was deputy head of the prospective development forecasts directorate – head of the foreign project development division, the prospective development department of Gazprom.
From 1998 to 2003, Ms Rusakova was head of the prospective development forecasts directorate, the prospective development, science and ecology department of Gazprom. Since 2003, she has been head of the strategic development department and member of the Gazprom management committee.
