To be built at Negros Occidental, the plant will have a generation capacity of in between 40MW to 50MW.

GBPC executive vice president Jaime Azurin said, "Going into biomass, we have hired foreign consultants. The study is already under way. This will be our first renewable project. The final feasibility study will be completed in the third quarter."
