This is the second wafer supply contract signed between the companies, and GCL-Poly will provide high quality wafers that can meet the needs of about 664MW cells from October 2010 to December 2015.
The agreement includes a mechanism by which the companies may adjust prices to better reflect prevailing market conditions.
DelSolar chairman and CEO RC Liang said that this agreement will enhance DelSolar’s market position and strengthen the strategic partnership between the two companies.
