The acquisition of Termika will help GDF SUEZ to expand its environmental and energy efficiency services in Chile.
Termika provides two of the most important industrial companies in Chile among its main customers: BHP Billiton and Antofagasta Minerals, to whom GDF SUEZ is already providing energy.
Recently, the Group announced major achievements to support Chile, inaugurating two thermal power plants having a total capacity of 300MW.
