In February 2008, Gilbarco and Murphy Oil USA implemented system integration between their two support center systems, enabling all dispatch data and service updates to be exchanged electronically.
Gilbarco reportedly tracks key performance indicators and provides regular reports to Murphy, along with performance improvement plans to continuously improve the quality of service Murphy receives.
Tommy Seabolt, regional maintenance manager at Murphy Oil USA, said: Having a reliable, single source for fueling equipment maintenance will help us control service and administrative overhead costs as well as measure contractor efficiency and performance.
