The heater will be based on Foster Wheeler’s Terrace Wall design.
According to the global engineering and construction company Foster Wheeler, its scope of work is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2015.

The Terrace Wall reformer of Foster Wheeler is characterized by a firing arrangement and sloped-wall radiant section design.
