Golden Dawn is the operator of the project located in the Greenwood Mining District and holds an option to earn 100% interest in this property.
The company has also granted Hi Ho an option to earn in a 50% interest by contributing 57.5% of all costs incurred by Golden Dawn on the property.
The 1,800 Ha Royal Attwood property is about 7km due south of the Phoenix Mine which produced 30 million tonnes, grading 1.2 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, 8.5 g/t silver and 1% copper.
