Aquagas & Aquahol Alternative Energy System is a retro-fit engine kit, that enables conventional engines (80% of the market) to operate on inexpensive gasoline as low as 75 octane, or low grade alcohols (ethanol or methanol).
The kit can be installed in two hours and costs less than $300. The kits consist of an internationally patented H20 injection catalyst, that injects ordinary water directly into the combustion of the engine, but only upon acceleration, thereby using only a small amount of water (1/10 ratio).
A supplementary five gallon tank is installed in the trunk of the car. Adjustments are made to reduce the gasoline flow, with specification changes to the Knock Sensor, Oxygen Sensor and Air Mass Flow.
