The plant, which is located in the PV Park, Gonghe county, Qinghai Province, will generate 32.054 million kWh of electricity per year.
The Qinghai site, which has average around about eight hours of daylight per day, is ideal to develop large-scale solar PV plants.
The plant will utilize an estimated time of around 1,700 hours per year and is expected to remain operational for around 25 years.
Goldpoly executive director/CEO Alan LI said, "Goldpoly has large ground solar power plant successfully connected onto the grid again, representing the company is step by step on solar power plants construction, as well as achieving the goal of investing and operating 5GW solar power plants within five years."
