Greenway’s new water treatment and filtration system is designed for the cool-n-save evaporative pre-cool system.
HERO system has the capacity to remove about 90% of total dissolved solids from water with up to 1,000PPM of dissolved solids.
Cool-n-save sprays water mist around air conditioning condensing coils to bring about a reduction of energy used by commercial and residential air conditioning systems,.
The company said it has been developing pre-cool misting technology since 2005, and field tests have shown that Cool-n-Save evaporative pre-cooling may produce energy cost savings as high as 30%.
Greenway CEO and president Ben Lefrancois said HERO technology is a byproduct of the company’s research and development for the cool-n-save misting system.
"HERO’s low cost and high efficiency make it ideal for just about any commercial or industrial application," Lefrancois said.
