Dr Chen is the executive vice president and chief technology officer for Novellus Systems, a provider of advanced process equipment for the semiconductor industry.
Mr Conaway is the founder and CEO of the Peregrine Group, an executive consulting firm, and has been providing consulting services since 2000.
Prior to 2000, Mr Conaway held various management and executive positions, including serving as CFO of Fluor, an engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services provider.
