The agreement allows for compensation to the First Nation for cultural and environmental impacts, and includes the issuance of common shares of GTA.

The agreement also allows for local work opportunities and business ventures, as well as for continued consultation on land use issues.
Constance Lake First Nation said CLFN will move forward with GTA Resources on developing the Auden property.

"We expect this to become the start of a new and much more mutually beneficial relationship with GTA in the coming months," Constance Lake First Nation added.

GTA’s 100% owned Auden project is located adjacent to Zenyatta Ventures’ Albany graphite project.
