The multi-year agreement covers provision of hosted retail solutions through the CES| BLUE platform, including electronic data interchange, billing services, forecasting, scheduling, ISO settlement, custom retail full-requirements pricing, congestion risk management, and demand-side response to Hampshire.
The solutions is expected to enable Hampshire Power, which is operated by Hampshire Council of Governments, to better serve their existing customers and grow their customer base.
Hampshire Council of Governments executive director Todd Ford said the organisation constantly seeks more efficiency and better product selection to bring continued savings to its growing customer base, as the only public electricity supplier in Massachusetts.
”CES offered the most comprehensive menu of services for us to continue to achieve our mission and we look forward to growing our service to save more customers more money on electricity,” Ford added.
