Under terms of the contract, ICF International will implement energy efficiency programs, including the San Francisco Energy Watch program, and a federally funded Home Performance program.

ICF will provide administrative and technical support and general consulting services. These efforts will assist SFE in its work to help businesses, multifamily building managers and owners, and single-family homeowners in San Francisco lower their energy bills and help the city reduce its impact on the environment, the company claims.

Mike Mernick, senior vice president and manager of ICF International, said: “ICF International is proud to continue providing our support services to SFE’s energy efficiency programs.

“With the expansion to include the Home Performance program, ICF will be able to bring our deep residential energy efficiency experience to assist the City and County of San Francisco and its citizens.”
