The package includes a £15m loan from Barclays and the projects, which were developed by British Solar Renewables, are located in Somerset, Dorset and Hampshire.
The schemes are owned by three firms in the Ingenious Renewable Energy EIS Fund portfolio.
Ingenious Renewable Energy EIS Fund manager Jeremy Milne, who led the financing, said, "It is a testament to the quality of the investments made by Ingenious that we can attract debt financing from a leading provider of debt facilities like Barclays."
Barclays infrastructure and project finance team vice president said Neil Fleming said the three solar parks will make significant contribution to the region, delivering electricity for more than 4,000 homes in the South West.
"We are committed to supporting important projects such as this, which enable communities to benefit from the renewable energy produced in their local area," Fleming said.
Ingenious, which has raised more than £8.5bn since 1998, is currently raising funds for its second portfolio, Ingenious Renewable EIS 2, that is due to close on 30 June 2014.
