Bernasconi has more than 32 years of broad cross-functional experience in the transportation industry. Since 1977, he has held senior level positions in sales, engineering and program management. Prior to Freightliner, he held various positions at commercial trucks OEM, Kenworth Truck Company, division of PACCAR Inc. His assignments have incorporated sales management, product development manager, government sales & program manager, and manager-engineering test & evaluation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Flett has more than 31 years of product development experience, integrated with expertise in Electric Vehicle/Hybrid Vehicle Powertrain components. In the scope of these developments, Flett diversified the electric drive technology into high power inverters, fuel cell generators, and off-road airport ground equipment vehicles. He has a depth of experience with a wide patent portfolio in power electronics, systems engineering and semiconductor technology. He holds his doctorate degree and MBA from Hull University and International Management centers in UK.
