The solar modules will generate more than 870 kWh electricity per year, depending on radiation intensity.

Walter Reis, founder of the company, selected Isofoton as its project partner in person.

“The quality and efficiency of the modules turned the balance, because these modules will be in the field for a quarter of a century. Isofoton already has almost 30 years’ experience in the production of modules and that was why it was our first choice,” Reis Robotics Founder Walter Reis said.

“As a manufacturer of production lines we form part of the solar industry, which is why we also want to take part at the other end of the value added chain,” explained Walter Reis.

At the beginning of October 2009, the first modules had already been installed. Within a few weeks the modules will be installed, making sure that the plant is operational before the end of 2009.
